Goto Shoyu Akane is a Japanese sweet soy sauce made with whole soybeans and wheat from Fukuoka Prefecture. It also contains natural rock sugar syrup which gives it a unique sweetness.

This amakuchi shoyu has a slight amount of sweetness which is common among shoyu made in the Kyushu region. The sweetness balances out the saltiness of the shoyu, giving it a perfectly balanced flavor, especially for those who love sweet-salty flavors.

Instructions
