Shimomura Handheld Diamond and Ceramic Dual Kitchen Knife Sharpener
This handheld knife sharpener from Shimomura is a professional tool for people who want to keep their kitchen knives sharp consistently. It is made of an 18-8 stainless steel housing, which is scratch and rust resistant, and has two different settings.
Just run your knife through the pull-through slots in order to ensure a sharp cutting edge. Run it through the diamond sharpening stone for a rough sharpening, followed by the ceramic sharpening stone for a fine finish.
The bottom of this handheld knife sharpener is made with a non-slip CBR rubber, so you can use it on kitchen counters without worrying about it slipping and sliding around.
Unlike normal whetstones, this product does not require you to soak it in water prior to sharpening.
